Mayken Solutions offers a full TURN KEY service. Along with our Remediation and Rebuild team, we also offer Property Management for distressed / MGO Grow op houses that are locked down by AB Health Services and the City of Calgary.

Mayken Solutions and all contractors are pre-approved by Alberta Health Services and the City of Calgary All back-up documentation (license, insurance, WCB and BBB) has been submitted and is on file
The process to Remediate
Mayken Solutions will obtain, in writing, a letter to enter the premises. Our staff can then take detailed photographs, measurements and conduct a rough assessment to supply you with an estimate cost to remediate your property.
Once the estimate has been accepted, we will bring our Environmental Air consultant in to conduct the official assessment, compile photos and submit an official report to Alberta Health Services with our remediation plan, hazard assessment and hazardous waste disposal plan.
Mayken Solutions will bring in the required trades (engineer, electrician, plumbing/gas and HVAC personal) to obtain the required permits from the City of Calgary and get the services reinstated to your property.
Our staff will then utilize the “Executive Officers Order” as a blue print to start the remediation process. From removal, demolition to cleaning and air quality testing to have the order lifted on your property. Our staff and Environmental Consultant, will maintain and supply all required reports to Alberta Health as required.
When the final inspections have been completed by the City of Calgary and Alberta Health Services and the order has been lifted, Mayken Solutions can start the rebuild process to bring your property back to previous condition (or even better).
Rebuild & Restore
After the remediation process has been completed, all final air testing and release of the contaminated area, the rebuilding can now begin.
Our rebuild crew can put everything back to the way it was, or construct it better than before, it’s your choice. We will work with you to bring back as before, or come up with a new plan and re-design to best fit your needs.

Property Management
Mayken Solutions can take care of the entire property from the first time it is locked down to the time the property is sold or no longer needing to be managed. Mayken will continue with exceptional property management services long after the property is remediated, restored and released by Alberta Health Services. Working closely with the owner or any financial institution, you can be rest assured that the property is taken care of from start to finish.
